Vintage wine consulting helps its clients uncover some of the mysteries associated with wine through fun and educational wine tasting events. Such wine appreciation is a relatively new phenomenon. For most of history, wine has been staple in the diets of many civilizations and quality of widely available wine was pretty basic. Accordingly, the majority of people did not bother to analyze its quality or discuss its attributes. They simply consumed along with other food items without giving it much thought. Fortunately, wine quality and knowledge has expanded greatly, and premium quality wines have become more affordable and accessible than ever before. While wine can still be enjoyed without much consideration, we hope to enhance that experience by sharing knowledge on its history, origins, and production techniques.
